Heat Pump Forum - Securing Europe's energy future
#HPForum

At the Heat Pump Forum & Awards 2025, over 300 participants from across Europe and beyond gathered for two days of debate, insight, and connection. Industry leaders, innovators, and policy-makers explored how heat pumps can secure Europe’s energy future while boosting industrial competitiveness and reducing dependence on fossil fuels.

The Forum addressed key questions on accelerating heat pump adoption to meet Europe’s energy goals, covering affordability, accessibility, and integration into Europe’s energy landscape.

From high-level policy discussions and interactive audience surveys to “TED-style” talks, participants examined how heat pumps are not just part of the solution, but a necessity for Europe’s energy resilience. Across eight sessions, attendees explored energy security, industrial decarbonisation, flexible grids, district heating, affordable energy, and installer training.

The Networking Corner offered early one-on-one meetings with EU officials, industry experts, and fellow participants, while coffee breaks, lunches, and shared meals provided additional opportunities to connect and exchange ideas. A highlight of the Forum was the Heat Pump Awards, celebrating outstanding and innovative projects across Europe. The event concluded with a Networking Dinner featuring live jazz by the Everest Quintet, bringing together participants in a vibrant setting to continue discussions and celebrate the sector’s achievements.
