The Networking Corner
Launched successfully in 2024, the Networking Corner is a dedicated space designed to foster meaningful, face-to-face connections among participants of the Heat Pump Forum & Awards. Building on a positive feedback, this feature returns for the 2025 edition – bigger, better, and more integrated into the event experience.
What is it?
The Networking Corner is a structured yet informal setting where Forum participants can meet, share ideas, and explore collaboration opportunities through pre-scheduled 1:1 meetings. After registration, each participant can browse other profiles, book meetings, and prepare their networking agenda well ahead of the event.
Networking Corner is a unique opportunity to start the event with purposeful conversations and establish key connections before the plenary sessions.
When and where?
In 2025, the Networking Corner will take place on 23 September, from 09:00 to 12:30, at the MIX Brussels Atrium – just before the official Forum programme begins.
Who can take part?
Access is available to all registered Forum participants. All registered attendees should have received login instructions to complete their profile and start arranging meetings with other participants.
How to book meetings
Once your profile is complete, you can book meetings directly in your browser or via the KeepTrack app. This allows you to manage your agenda and secure networking with other participants. When registered, you can access your profile here.
